Calda de Café com Whisky

Ingredients
- 100g de café solúvel
- 50g de mel
- 100ml de whisky
- 50g de macadâmia
- 200ml de água morna
- 1g de ágar-ágar
Instructions
- Dilua o café em água morna;
- Leve ao fogo todos os ingredientes, exceto o whisky;
- Deixe reduzir até formar uma calda. Em seguida, reserve até esfriar;
- Adicione o whisky e misture;
Montagem
- Finalize com farofa de macadâmia triturada.
